Once you have sent us an E-Mail request to delete your profile, the deletion process will begin. Usually, it takes one month from this point until your data has been completely removed from our system.


If the conditions for deleting your data are met, you will receive a message from us or a deletion confirmation.

Please note that a deletion of your data is only possible if


a) all outstanding invoices have been processed

b) no open debt collection procedures exist,

c) no damage claim is being processed,

d) other clarifications regarding customer feedback are still outstanding, and

e) there are no recommendations left in the activation process.


If none of these points are open, your data will be removed from the system and you will receive a new message with the final confirmation of the deletion.


However, if there are any active invoice requests at this time, please process them immediately. Otherwise, these invoices will be automatically canceled after a period of 21 days (cancellation fees/processing fees may apply) and the contractual relationship between you and Helpling GmbH & Co. KG is terminated.

Furthermore, we would like to point out that you will no longer have access to the Helpling platform after the data deletion and therefore the invoices for your tax return will no longer be retrievable. We recommend that you already download all invoices prior to the data deletion request.
