You can change or adjust your price at any time.


Your newly set price only applies to new customers who want to book a one-off or regular cleaning. You want a higher hourly rate for your existing customers and have already discussed this with your customer? Simply submit a price adjustment request to your customer via your account. To do this, go to: "More" - "Customers" - "Check your price with" 

Please note that you can only make a price change for existing customers after the third appointment. If you want to change your price before the third appointment, we need written confirmation from your customer. Ideally, they can also contact us themselves.
