We recommend that you contact the customer either by phone or by the chat in your user account in order reschedule the cleaning. 


If you cant make it at all, you can cancel in your account. Please go to "More" and "Manage my customers and prices". You can select the customer from the list and d cancel in the following view. 


Please note: Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance may lead to cancellations fees.
