If you wish to change a booking, please contact your customer directly. Direct contact by phone is certainly the quickest way to find a solution. The customer can make the adjustment in their account. If your customer does so, you will receive a notification of the change, which you can accept or reject.


Please note: change requests on short notice that lead to cancellation by the customer will be treated as a cancellation from your side. A fee may be charged for cancellations less than 48 hours before the appointment.

  • Cancellations between 48-24 hours before: 10€
  • Cancellations between 24-12 hours before: 15€
  • Cancellations less than 12 hours before:: 20€
