If you wish to change a booking, please contact your customer directly. Direct contact by phone is certainly the quickest way to find a solution.
The customer can make the adjustment in their account. If your customer does so, you will receive a notification of the change, which you can accept or reject.
Please note that change requests on short notice that lead to cancellation will be treated as a cancellation from you. A fee will be charged for cancellations less than 48 hours before the appointment.
-Cancellations between 48-24 hours before the date: 10€
-Cancellations between 24-12 hours before the date: 15€
-Cancellations less than 12 hours before the date: 20€
