As a service provider on our platform, you have the opportunity to earn a referral bonus by recommending Helpling to other service providers. In this article, we explain how the referral bonus works, how you can share your referral link, and the requirements for receiving your bonus.
What is a Referral Bonus?
A referral bonus is a reward for recommending our platform to other service providers. Every service provider has a unique referral link within their user account that allows other service providers to register on the Helpling platform. By using this link, you can earn a bonus for every successful recommendation.
How Often Can I Recommend a Service Provider to Helpling?
You can earn the referral bonus as often as you successfully recommend a new service provider. There is no limit to how many times you can recommend others and receive the referral payout.
How Can I Recommend Helpling to Other Service Providers?
To recommend Helpling to others, follow these simple steps:
Open the Helpling Partner App and go to the navigation bar.
Click on "More".
In the upper section, you will find the "Refer a friend" option.
Open this section to find your personal referral code that you can share with other service providers.
Optional: Click "Share code" to directly share the code through your favorite platforms like WhatsApp, Facebook or email.
Important Note:
If the "Refer a friend" option is not visible in your profile, it means the referral program is currently unavailable in your region. We recommend checking back regularly, as we may activate the referral program in your region at a later time. Bonus availability and amounts are subject to location and active campaigns.
Requirements for a Successful Payout
Because the referral program is tailored to different regions, the exact requirements and reward amounts vary. Depending on your location, your bonus may be paid out in full after the first clean, or split into progressive milestones based on quality and consistency.
Generally, the following conditions must be met:
The referred service provider must register on the Helpling platform using your referral code or link. If they do not use your code, we cannot verify that it was a valid recommendation, and no payout will be made.
The referred service provider must successfully complete their first clean(s) on the platform.
In milestone-based regions, the referred provider must also maintain a high average rating (e.g., 4.5★ or higher) over a set number of initial cleans.
Please check the "Refer a friend" section directly in your app to see the specific conditions, milestones, and reward amounts that currently apply to your profile.
When Will I Receive the Referral Bonus?
You will receive an email notification from Helpling once your referral has been marked as successful or a milestone has been reached. Please note that referral bonuses are processed separately from your regular earnings and can take approximately 14 days to process once the conditions are met.
