Please note that for cancellations at short notice less than 48 hours before the start of the appointment, cancellation fees will apply.
- 48-24 hours before the date: 10€
- 24-12 hours before the date: 15€
- Less than 12 hours before the date: 20€
- Cancellations after the start of the appointment/not showing up: 30€
