If you no longer wish to receive offers or cannot carry out orders for a certain period of time only, you can enter a time-out under "More" and "Add Holiday". This will only cancel individual appointments in the specified period of time, and not all customers.
If you wish to deactivate your profile, please go to "More" and then "Deactivate account".
Please note that this will cancel all active customers and fully deactivate your profile.
