To enter a longer time-out in your profile, go to "More" in your online profile and click on "Add holiday"


In the following overview, you can check the time-outs that have already been added. To add a holiday, please click on “Add holiday”. You can then select the first and last day of your holiday. To save your time-out, please click on "select dates" and follow the instructions.


Please note

Appointments booked in the time of your holidays will be cancelled automatically and your customers will be informed by email. Therefore, if your holiday affects active bookings, you will be notified with a warning and the affected appointments will be listed. In this case you need to confirm the cancellation of affected cleanings.


Your customers have the opportunity to request a replacement for the time you're on holiday but the general booking with your regular customer remains in place. All bookings after your registered time off will therefore take place as usual (except for customer cancellations).


We recommend that you enter a longer time off at least two weeks in advance so that we can place orders with other cleaners. Please note that you will not be able to receive any requests during your time out. Time off can also only be entered three days in advance.
