To enter a longer time-out in your profile, go to "Add Holiday (time-out)" in your online profile and click on the button "Add holidays (time-out)".


Now you can enter the start date as well as the end date of your time off.


We recommend that you enter a longer time off at least two weeks in advance so that we can place orders with other cleaners. Please note that any appointments you have already booked will be canceled during your time out. Also, you will not be able to receive any requests during your time out. Time off can also only be entered three days in advance.


Your clients will automatically be informed of your time out by E-Mail. This E-Mail gives your customers the opportunity to request a replacement. The general booking with your regular customer remains in place. All bookings after your registered time off will therefore take place as usual (except for customer cancellations).
