You can add or edit your bank details in your Helpling profile.
1. log into your account and click on "More".
2. under the heading "Transfers" you will find "Bank details".
3. here you can add or edit your bank details.
Please do not forget to enter the BIC code. This is an identification code that is different for each bank. You can find your BIC code by entering BIC and the name or your bank in an online search engine.
Please note that bank details can only be used once on the platform.
