You automatically receive the payment of your customers every 2 weeks via our external payment service provider "Stripe". He will transfer the amounts free of charge to the account you specify.


 

The payout periods are as follows: 

These payments are initiated on the 1st and 15th of each month (or on the following working day). This means that all customer payments received by then will be paid out by the 9th and 24th of the month at the latest. 

 

You can see which payments have already been released for payment in your Helpling login. Go to "More" and "Transfers"

 

Under the category "In progress" you can now see three subcategories: "Planned payments", "Outstanding payments" and "Confirmed bookings"

 

Under "Planned Payments" you will see a summary of all payments that have already been released. 

Under "Confirmed bookings" you can see the remaining confirmed dates and when the release is expected to take place. 

 

A list of all invoices confirmed by you that have not yet been approved by the payment service provider can also be found under "Transfers", "In progress", "Confirmed bookings"

 

These payments have already been confirmed by you. Here, however, the release by the payment service provider is still pending. As soon as they have been received, they will be added to your "outstanding payments". The release takes place within 3-8 days after invoicing. 

 

In addition, you have the option at any time to arrange for an early payment. To do this, simply log into your Helpling profile, go to "More", "Transfers", change to the "in progress" tab, and then click on "Get Payout Now". This additional service is charged with a processing fee of EUR 4.99, which is automatically deducted from the payout amount.


Also note that the estimate overview on the start page only shows the estimated payout and adds up the bookings for the upcoming month.  This amount may change in case of cancellations.
