After every cleaning appointment you're asked to trigger the invoice. To do so, please go to the cleaning appointment in the "Claim payments" section on your app home screen.


Please carefully check the details on the invoice, e.g. the cleaning time or the duration. If all is correct, you can confirm an invoice by clicking on "I confirm". This triggers direct debiting from your customer's account.
