When you log into your Helpling account, you can accept or decline a booking request. Click on "Offers". There you will see your "Direct offers". You can accept these requests immediately. Directly next to it you will find countdown offers. You can submit your interest for this request. Based on all interested parties, the client makes the final decision on who to book. If the customer selects you, you will receive an automatic E-Mail confirmation.
