You can customize this in your Helpling account. Log in and then click on "More". At the top you will see your "Current Status": "I want to receive all types of cleaning offers" If you click there, you can change the status to: "I do not want to receive any new offers", "I want to receive only one-off cleaning offers" or "I want to receive only recurring cleaning offers"
