There are different reasons if your App is not working or not working properly.

  1. please check if you have a good internet connection. A slow connection can cause the App to not load
  2. check that both your App and the software on your device are up to date. If there are visual errors in the App, we recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the App.


If you are unable to log in, this may also be due to various reasons. 

  1. check that you have installed the correct App. The App for service providers is called "Helpling Partner".
  2. check that you are logging in with the correct email address.
  3. check that your profile has not been deactivated and you are therefore unable to log in. If this is the case, zou have received an email regarding this.
