The reliability score depends solely on how well you keep the times and dates of the services you have accepted. It helps customers select a service provider who will arrive on time at the meeting point. It is designed to ensure the quality of the services provided on the Helpling platform for all parties involved – customers and service providers.
What affects your reliability score:
The score is based on the number of completed appointments and cancellations.
Example: If you accept a customer's offer even though you are not available for the requested date or time, resulting in a cancellation of the customer's order, this will affect your reliability score.
How does the reliability score influence your profile and your business:
If your reliability score falls below a critical threshold due to an increased number of cancellations, your Helpling profile may be restricted.
What would the profile restriction mean for you:
Should your profile be restricted, it will be deactivated for 14 days. During this time: You are no longer receiving new customer offers. You can continue providing services to your existing recurring customers. Your profile will only be automatically reactivated when your reliability score has improved.
